Nagaland Entrepreneurship & CSR Knowledge Partnership

KS Development Partners entered into a two-year Knowledge Partnership with the Nagaland Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Mission (NSEDM) under the Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) to strengthen the State’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and support inclusive economic development.

The partnership was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in Kohima in the presence of senior Government of Nagaland officials, including the Finance Commissioner. The engagement brought together representatives from leading corporates and CSR stakeholders to explore collaborative approaches to entrepreneurship development, ecosystem strengthening, and impact-driven CSR initiatives.

The project focuses on developing structured short- and long-term strategic frameworks for entrepreneurship and enterprise growth, while facilitating meaningful CSR convergence aligned with Nagaland’s development priorities. Key areas of collaboration include entrepreneurship acceleration, skill development, institutional capacity building, knowledge transfer, and the design of sustainable, measurable development programmes.

Working alongside IDAN and NSEDM, KS Development Partners is supporting efforts to connect corporate CSR networks with high-impact opportunities across livelihoods, education, skilling, and enterprise support. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to empowering youth, fostering innovation, and creating sustainable pathways for economic growth in Northeast India.
